01. GOOD NEWS OF A PERSONAL NATURE ABOUT GAIL AND I:

01.1. On August 4, 2019 my awesome wife Gail and I celebrated the
anniversary of our marriage 35 years ago. Yes, my one and only
wife got married during the 1984 Los Angeles summer Olympics.
Because my Middle Eastern background had a great deal of influence
on our marriage day basically because in Middle Eastern culture if
we had a USPS (snail mail) address for anyone that our family knew,
then we had to send an invitation for them to attend our marriage
day celebration.
01.2. Basically, back in 1984 was at a time that was previous to
e-mail. We needed to send them an invitation to our wedding by USPS
(snail mail). We have joked ever since that of the about 500
people that we invited they basically all showed up and that it was
an Olympic event.
01.3. We have also joked about how we are different than most
husbands and wives. Normally, the husband forgets birthdays
and wedding anniversary dates. However, in our case it was the
exact opposite I have joked that I had to give my incredible wife
Gail a very easy anniversary date so I gave her 8-4-84 (8484).

my mother, brother and I arrived in the USA as legal
immigrants. My father was able to finally join us about eight
months later having been able to leave Iraq safely at that

delighted and ecstatic that my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, God the

year 2018.

Prayer List and other Christians in the United States of America
(USA) since this is an Open Letter and will be published on one or
more of our Internet websites.

05.00. FAQ'S, which stands for Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ'S) is a term widely used on the Internet.
05.01.Q. Why I am and am not writing and publishing this
document?(December 29, 2019)
05.01.01A. Publishing this document is rather problematic from
the way that I see it. The possibility of people
misunderstanding my motives are rather high. However, even
though there are potential misunderstandings about writing and
publishing this document, I believe the benefits of doing so still
outweigh the negatives. However, it is always some of my
highest goals to speak as kindly and as truthfully as I possibly can
with the help of God.(December 25, 2019)
05.01.02A. At times you may get the impression that I am
bragging about what I have done. That is in no way, shape, or
form, my intent. It is however my intent to write about what
God has done through yours truly an unconditionally surrendered
servant of the most high God.(December 25, 2019)
05.02.Q. Why am I using a term like "unconditionally
surrendered"?
05.02.01.A. You may or may not be aware that I have used my
Prayer List emails on several occasions throughout the years that I
have been regularly emailing to those on my Prayer List what I
called "gift". Those blessings or gifts came in the form of
encouragement to listen to Dr. Charles Stanley Internet Radio.
That Internet Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day seven days a week
24/7, all the time.[03B](December 29, 2019)
05.02.02.A. On November 01, 2019 I heard his sermon (Dr.
Charles Stanley) entitled "unconditional surrender". I was
struck once again by how our relationship with God is all about
those who are Christians to unconditionally surrender each and every
aspect of our lives to God.(December 29, 2019)
05.02.03.A. I believe that God the Son, my Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ would want me to tell you the first reason of what I am
not doing. Which is, not to somehow, someway, that I am
communicating some kind of bragging as to somehow for all to look at
me and come up with some kind of communication to the effect of "I
am super spiritual because I give God the credit for
everything."(December 31, 2019)
05.02.04.A. In fact, throughout my Born Again Christian life
since I accepted what Jesus Christ did on the cross for me in 1972
as a 15 year old boy[02], I have heard Sermons and seen even
Born Again Christians do not want to rely completely and totally
with each and every aspect of their lives on God.(December 31, 2019)
05.03.Q. Robert Colaco,, what do you mean by your
statements that have anything to do with relying on God?(December
31, 2019)
05.03.01.A. The Apostle Paul communicated throughout his
writings that we as Born Again Christians need to live our lives, in
and through Christ. One of the most significant examples of
this writing is found in Philippians 4:13 in which he stated:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
05.03.02.A. The Apostle Paul did not say: "I can do all
things", he said: "I can do all things through Christ who
strengthens me".(December 25, 2019)
05.04.Q. Now, you may be thinking to yourself what is the big
deal?
05.04.01.A. I cannot over emphasize the difference.
However, since I like to use what ever the current USA national debt
as a very huge number it is like saying that we as a nation owe $1
versus that we owe $23,000,000,000,000 (23 trillion)!(December 29,
2019)
05.04.02.A. The bottom line of the points that I am attempting
to make in Section 05 is all about each one of us as Born Again
Christians need to allow God the Holy Spirit to live the Christian
life in and through us.
05.05.Q. As I stated in: "03Q. WHY ARE YOU RECEIVING THIS

05.05.01.A. "03.1A. You are receiving this Open Letter, THE
GOOD NEWS REPORT(TM) (TGNR), by e-mail because you have donated to

05.05.02.A. THE GOOD NEWS REPORT(TM) (TGNR) was a document that we
used to communicate to those who had donated to Citizens For A
Better America(R) (CFABA.ORG) to let those people know "the
victories" that we were having in accomplishing the various aspects
and goals of (CFABA.ORG). In sending this document we would
include an invoice/statement that had a charge for that year's
membership dues. If that member had last donated to
(CFABA.ORG) $100 then we would bill them for that $100 and so on,
for that next year.
05.05.03.A. We obviously gave them an opportunity that if for what
ever reason they no longer wished to donate to (CFABA.ORG) that they
could use the invoice and or the statement to let us know that they
no longer wished to do so. They could use our "security"
printed return envelope to communicate that to us. That same
envelope could also be used to send us a check for their membership
dues.
05.05.04.A. When our legal challenges, difficulties,
nightmares (you can pick what ever word you want to use) began in
the year 2009 I barely had any time to be able to do anything other
than attempting to find a lawyer and then since we did not have any
funds to be able to contract or hire a lawyer I began to read self
help legal books. The bottom line of all that is that I
stopped writing THE GOOD NEWS REPORT(TM) (TGNR).(December 29, 2019)
05.05.05.A. While we have decided to not send by U.S.P.S.
snail mail what I described immediately above we have decided to do
this process in and through this document. We did so in the
hopes that those who have donated to (CFABA.ORG) in the past would
do so again now. We also did this methodology in the hopes
that new individuals would donate to (CFABA.ORG) now. What I
mean by methodology is this entire process.(December 29, 2019)
05.05.06.A. As I State in other parts of this document that
since November of 2018 that God has laid it on my mind, heart, soul,
spirit, body, and will to write this document.
05.06.Q. Do I know all of the reasons for why God would have
me write this document in the way that I have written it and in the
timeline that I have written it?

05.07.Q. Do I know some of the reasons for why God would have
me write this document in the way that I have written it and in the

above are numerous. They primarily have to do with one of the
critical ministries that God has called me into. It is the
ministry of prayer. I take my ministry of prayer very
seriously with all the ways that ministry ultimately works out in
very practical terms.(December 31, 2019)
05.07.03.A. That also includes but is not limited to when
individuals who are on my Prayer List write me by e-mail and ask me
to pray for them and then those individuals having either one issue
to pray for or numerous issues to pray for I have a very strong
sense of obligation that they would know that I have prayed for them
and have been praying for them continuously since 20180118, January
18, 2018 each and every day since the year 2018.(December 31, 2019)
05.07.04.A. I cannot overemphasize this point enough. I
want those who are on my Prayer List to know beyond any shadow of
any doubt whatsoever the kinds of things that I am praying for them
about because I have seen in my decades of praying for people that
it is desperately needed on their part to know to help them in their
spiritual life.(December 31, 2019)
05.07.05.A. I have felt negative emotions that I could not
write them (because of my health issues) and let them know that I
have prayed for the issues that they have asked me to pray
about. I did not believe that there was a solution other than
what I have done with this document.(December 31, 2019)
05.08.Q. Robert Colaco, am I understanding you correctly that
really the bottom line of what you have done with this document is
that you have attempted to achieve numerous goals and objectives?
05.08.01.A. The sound bite answer to "05.08.Q." directly above
is ABSOLUTELY YES!
05.09.01.Q. Robert Colaco, if after I have read section 05 in
its entirety and I still have question(s) about why you have done
what you have done with this document may I ask you

05.09.01.A. The sound bite answer to "05.09.01.Q." directly
above is ABSOLUTELY YES! However, I would very much appreciate
it if you would read sections 05 through 07 before you ask me
question(s).(December 29, 2019)
05.09.02.A. I have attempted with this document to do the most
excellent job that I could do at the time. What I mean by this
statement "at the time" is that we as Born Again Christian need each
other IN the Body of Christ. God can and does use each of us
to minister to each other, to be a blessing to each other. It
is of course why I am such a strong proponent that we ought to be in
fellowship with each other in a local fellowship. A local Body
of Christ church (I mean this in a generic sense not as an actual
church name or denomination).
05.10.Q. Robert Colaco, why have you done a document like
this?
05.10.1.A. For those of you on my Prayer List that have
received and read my prayer emails that have had subject line texts
of "I have prayed for you" and then with the calendar dates that I
have done so. I have not required the reading of that document that
had my detailed FAQ'S about my illness of diabetes and the effects
that it has had on my body basically causing great damage to my
hands to the point where I basically can no longer type using my
hands.
05.10.2.A. It takes an enormous amount of effort for me to
write documents like this one. I have to write them using
"Speech Recognition Software". It is better on an overall
bases to write a document like this one and potentially answer any
and all questions that have to do with everything that I have dealt
with in this document.
05.10.3.A. When I write a document like this one because of
the incredible physical and mental body resources that it has
required it is then my overwhelming preference that I share that
document with as vast an audience possible, including but not
limited to the whole world (that is both a joke and I am being
sincere).
05.10.4.A. What I wanted to do was to solve a challenge when
those who are on my Prayer List e-mail me to ask me to pray about
one or more issues (which I want and have wanted Prayer List members
to do) I wanted to direct them to this document through an immediate
"Auto Responder By E-mail" that they would receive immediately that
is sent from our server inviting them to read sections 05 through
07.
05.10.5.A. To, bottom line direct them to read these sections
if they choose to read them. Also bottom line, I wanted them
to have the confidence that in my normal prayer time that takes
about 2 TO 3 hours of praying I am praying for their requests for
prayer.

06.Q. HAS ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT OCCURRED WITH YOUR PRAYER TIME IN THE
YEAR 2018?:
------------------
06.A. The sound bite answer to "06.Q." directly above is
ABSOLUTELY YES! For those of you that are on my Prayer List
you know that after I have prayed for you I will send an e-mail to
let you know that I have done so and the dates involved. I
praise God that He has allowed me to pray for you since January 18,
2018 each and every day.
06.1.Q. Why is that significant?
06.1.A. Because listing a whole lot of dates is very
problematic from an e-mail subject standpoint.
06.2.Q. Is there anything else that has been significant?
06.2.1.A. God laid it on my mind, heart, soul, spirit, body,
and will to call a very critical ministry leader to invite him to be
on my Prayer List. Of course I told him what I have told
you. That I would send him an e-mail letting him know that I
have done so. During that conversation that took place on
April 11, 2018 he said to me that he would very much appreciate me
praying for him and his ministry but that he did not want to give me
his e-mail nor have me send him any emails.
06.2.2.A. God had already set a precedent in my Prayer Life to
pray for people who are in my church that had basically told me that
they wanted me to pray for them but emailing them had one or more
problems attached with it.(December 31, 2019)
06.2.3.A. I agreed to that precedent because I would basically
see them in church and would be able to tell them that I was
continuing to pray for them and additionally the dates that I have
done so. Bottom line if they and I had sufficient time while
at church without disrupting the church service time.(December 31,
2019)
06.3.Q. During my next prayer time (the following day) I asked
God what God wanted me to do about that phone conversation?
06.3.1.A. God had reminded me that He, God already had set
that precedent to pray for people with e-mail issues or problems at
my church. Over the next week's I continued to pray and ask
God what He wanted me to do about this very sincere request for
prayer from a very critical ministry leader.
06.3.2.A. My ongoing prayers to God about what He wanted me to
do was worked out sometime in May 2018. God made it clear in my
mind, heart, soul, spirit, body, and will I would not only pray for
this very critical ministry leader but each and every ministry
leader worldwide. (December 31, 2019)
06.3.3.A. To accomplish this I was and continued to be
persuaded that I needed to pray for each and every individual
worldwide that has accepted what Jesus Christ had done on the cross
for them[02]. So, God had given me the privilege and the
opportunity to pray for each and every believer in the USA but also
each and every believer world wide.(December 31, 2019)
06.3.4.A. To make sure that I have clearly made the point,
that I began to pray for each and every believer, (those who have
accepted what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us[02])
worldwide.(December 31, 2019)

07Q. WHAT KINDS OF THINGS DO YOU PRAY FOR?:
------------------
07.0.Q. What is the one thing that you pray that you repeat
for many different individuals and groups?(December 31, 2019)
07.0.1.A. The one thing that God has had me pray is to be in
right relationship with God.(December 31, 2019)
07.0.1.1.A. For those who are on my Prayer List.(December 31,
2019)
07.0.1.2.A. For those who are on my Prayer List that have a
person or persons that are in their lives that they believe are not
in right relationship with God.(December 31, 2019)
07.0.1.3.A. For those who communicate in any way shape or form
that they are a Christian whether they attend the fellowship that we
have been a part of since December 16, 2012, or they are somewhere
in the Los Angeles area, or they are somewhere in the USA, or they
would have to be somewhere on planet earth or the International
Space Station(ISS).(December 31, 2019)
07.0.1.4.A. For all those who are on planet earth. The
concept here is that God wants all of humanity to be in right
relationship with Him. So, I pray that He would bring all of
humanity, individual by individual, to be in right relationship with
Him and that He would help them to take what ever steps or actions
to be in right relationship with Him. Of course this is where
my prayers go well beyond just praying for Christians in the
USA.(December 31, 2019)
07.1.0.Q. What are the other things that you pray for?
07.1.1.A. Over the years that I have been praying for
individuals who are on my Prayer List even considerably before March
11, 2013 I have had those individuals send me emails and
communicating with me asking me to pray for all kinds of things
including but not limited to:
07.1.2.A. For individuals that they know and considerably
beyond, those that they know to accept what Jesus Christ did on the
cross for them.[02]
07.1.3.A. For individuals to be in right relationship with God
that are either their loved ones or individuals that they
know. These aspects of prayer requests are incredibly far
reaching obviously because of the massive impacts that this has on
individuals that are seeing their loved ones wreck their lives
because ultimately they are being disobedient to almighty God.
Obviously, starting with what God has said in His word, the Holy
Bible and then going forward from there.
07.1.4.A. For their loved ones to accept what Jesus Christ did
on the cross for them.[02]
07.1.5.1.A. For God to provide for their needs. For God
to bless them (for God to get involved in each and every aspect of
their lives).
07.1.5.2.A. For God to help them to be victorious over each
and every temptation and the potential sin that goes with that
temptation. That at the very nanosecond (one billionth of a
second) that each of us is tempted by any temptation, but especially
the temptations that we are the weakest to defend against that we
would cry out to God to help us. That at that very nanosecond
that we would ask God to help us to have victory over that
temptation and again the potential sin that goes with that
temptation.
07.1.6.1.A. For individuals that they care about to be healed
of all kinds of ailments. These aspects of prayer requests are
incredibly far reaching obviously because of the massive impacts
that this has on all of our lives because ailments can ultimately
lead to all kinds of issues including but not limited to
death. Those massive impacts can also affect people's lives
when their loved ones or people they know are sick, injured and are
basically hurting physically and potentially hurting emotionally,
and or mentally.(December 17, 2019)
07.1.6.2.A. On or about December 3, 2019 my awesome wife Gail
and I had a conversation and praying with a lady in our church for
another woman in our church who is really struggling with medical
issues. God laid it on my mind, heart, soul, spirit, body, and
will to pray about those that have lost loved ones that they care
about or are losing day by day their own body. While this is
something that I have prayed for in the past I have not made it a
part of my daily prayers. However, after this conversation God
made it clear that I needed to make these prayers a part of my daily
prayers.(December 17, 2019)
07.1.7.1.A. For believers who are doing the Work of the
Ministry or the Work of the Pastorate that God would provide for
each and every need that they have and the needs of their
ministry. This aspect of prayer requests is incredibly far
reaching obviously because of the massive impacts that this has on
all of us who are doing the Work of the Ministry or the work of the
Pastorate. For many months I have prayed for these prayer
issues in the lead up to Sundays around the world. Then at the
end of September 2019 I made an electronic note (I recorded on my
Digital Voice Recorder) to myself that sometime in the last 2 to 4
weeks I began to pray for these prayer issues every day. In
fact I would also pray that God would bless all of these individuals
with special blessings, and with special provisions. Bottom
line what ever these individuals need to help them in their minds,
hearts, soul, spirit, body and will (in fact I use this same
phrasing throughout many aspects of my prayer time).(December 29,
2019)
07.1.7.2.A. Some of you may or may not know that I have
listened to a cargo ship boatload of Dr. Charles Stanley Sermons
beginning in November of 2017[03A]. Those Sermons have
affected seemingly each and every aspect of my life including but
not limited to my prayer life. If I were to really talk about
those Sermons it would greatly expand this document. I will
not do that but I do want to talk about one of those things of how
Dr. Charles Stanley influenced my prayer life by greatly motivating
his listening audience on his 24/7 Internet radio to constantly
thank God when praying[03B]. What that means in practical
terms is that I pray something to the effect of:
God, thank you for answering my prayer and then literally for each
and every prayer that I pray. For a further example:
Thank you God for answering my prayers for providing for each and
every need that each and every one of us has.
All of that has helped me to realize that God is our provision,
sustenance and yes for each and every need that each of us believers
throughout the world have.
07.1.7.3.A. I was so and I am so encouraged and blessed in my
relationship with God as a result of listening to Dr. Charles
Stanley 24/7 Internet radio that I even created an online document
listing all of the Sermons that I had listened to very consistently
beginning in November of 2017[03A] in the prayers and hopes that
others would see that document and be encouraged to listen and be
blessed as I was. (December 17, 2019).
07.1.8.A. For our government and those who are in authority
over us. In fact, within the very long and the detailed
document that I have sent the (FAQ'S) that normally always began
with ("In the overnight hours of ... I prayed for you) it had
a section:

I received an email on Sat, May 25, 2013 from a member of this very
list who said: "I know you also pray for the United States.
Right now it really needs our prayers."
Previous to this email I did not use this prayer time to pray for
our nation. I used this prayer time to pray for those on my Prayer
List, which means praying for you.
FYI, I have been remembering to pray for our nation.

07.1.9.A. The statement that I made above:
"FYI, I have been remembering to pray for our nation."
It's probably now some incredible understatement.
07.2.Q. What have you worked out with God to pray?
07.2.1.A. The Bible tells us in Romans 8:26-28 (NKJV):
"26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not
know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself
makes intercession [a]for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit
is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the
will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who
love God, to those who are the called according to His
purpose."[03C]
07.2.2.A. "26 Likewise the Spirit..." This is, God the Holy
Spirit. I am continually asking God to direct my prayer time.
07.2.3.A. That includes but is not limited to asking God to
have me add a prayer, delete a prayer, edit a prayer. Bottom
line of all this is that while there are prayers that I pray every
day I have asked God to lay it on my mind, heart, soul, spirit,
body, and will to pray about or for basically anything without any
limitations whatsoever. This also includes waking me up to
pray, not allowing me to sleep until I have prayed, or to pray as an
example working on this document since November 2018 to understand
what God was having me to write (as part of the prayers that I pray)
not one word more, and not one word less.
07.2.4.A. I also thank God that the Holy Spirit is praying for
us (Romans 8:26) as well as God the Son as it states in Romans 8:34:
"34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore
is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes
intercession for us."[04]
07.2.5.A. This incredibly powerful chapter of Romans 8 ends
with the following:[05]
"37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him
who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor
angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things
to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall
be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus
our Lord."
07.2.6.1.A. My prayer ministry for people goes back
decades. I believe one of the first passages of scripture that
I learned after accepting what Jesus Christ did on the cross for
me[02] as a 15 year old boy was the passage in (Philippians 4:6-8,
NKJV) in which the Apostle Paul states:
"6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to
God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will
guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Meditate on These Things
8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are
noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever
things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is
any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these
things."
07.2.6.2.A. I can say with confidence that reading and
studying (Philippians 4:6-8) in context of the entire book of
Philippians early on in my Christian faith began my prayer life.
07.2.6.3.A. As I have learned more and more about what the
Bible tells us, believers, (those who have accepted what Jesus
Christ did on the cross for us[02]) how to pray, what to pray for
and about I have incorporated those things into my prayer
time. I believe this is part of the reason that it takes me so
long to pray.(December 17, 2019)
07.2.7.A. Even as I have worked on this document since at
least November of 2018 I have added different issues to pray
for. My awesome wife Gail suggested at one point that my
prayers were not strong enough for the believers to be protected
from the onslaughts of the evil one (Satan and his demons). So
God and I worked out that I would add a new section dealing with
asking God to protect each and every one of us. In fact I ask
God to protect us at the very nanosecond (one billionth of a second)
that we are tempted, that we would ask God to help us to have
victory over that temptation and the potential sin that goes with

07.3.Q. What if you are reading this document and do not
recall if you have actually ever accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and
Lord[02], how does all of this apply to you?
07.3.1.A. As I have stated before my prayer ministry for
people goes back decades for each and every individual worldwide
that has not accepted what Jesus Christ did on the cross for

07.4.Q. Are you trying to communicate anywhere in this
document that you Robert Colaco, are attempting to communicate that
believers do not need to pray because I am praying for them?
07.4.1.A. Absolutely Not. The Whole Word of God, the
Holy Bible, communicates that all of us ought to pray not only for
ourselves but also for others.
07.4.2.A. I, Robert Colaco am attempting to ultimately
accomplish what ever God wants me to accomplish. If God wants
to use the above prayers in other people's lives to encourage them
and to do what ever else that God wants to do then I will praise and
magnify God. Since my normal prayer time takes about 2 TO 3 hours of

07.5.Q. Is there an example of what someone thought of your
prayer for them in person?
07.5.1.A. In a sound bite, one of the absolute best
descriptions of what I pray for was shared with me by an individual
who is on my Prayer List who stated something to the effect of:
"Your prayer for me was one of the most incredible, far reaching,
global type prayers, that I have ever had prayed for me." As a joke,
and no I did not pray for him during that prayer time that I was
physically with him my normal 2 TO 3 hours.
07.6.Q. Robert Colaco, do you believe that God can tell you to
pray for something that is not supported in the Word of

07.6.1.A. In a sound bite Absolutely Not.(December 29, 2019)
07.7.Q. Robert Colaco, do you pray in asking God to help us
believers to actually do what God wants us to do?
07.7.1.A. I pray that God would help us all to know the what
it is that He wants us to do with each and every single aspect of
all of our lives.
07.7.2.A. I pray that God would help us all to know the when
it is that He wants us to do what ever it is that He wants us to do
right down to the very last nanosecond that he wants us to do what
ever it is.
07.7.3.A. I pray that God would help us all to know the WHAT,
the WHEN, the HOW without any shadow of any doubt whatsoever.
07.7.4.A. I pray that God would help us all to know the WHAT,
the WHEN, the HOW with absolute, total, complete, overwhelming
clarity in our mind, heart, soul, spirit, body, and will!
07.7.5.A. I pray that God would help us all (each and every
believer world wide) to somehow, someway to get the knowledge, the
information, the understanding that we need to all live the A to Z
of our lives, the one (1) to 23 trillion different aspects of our
life, different decisions of our life, different nanoseconds of our
life not in our own strength but in God's strength. In the
Apostle Paul: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens
me."(Philippians 4:13).
07.8.Q. Robert Colaco, do you pray for individuals by name?
07.8.1.A. The sound bite answer to this question is YES,
absolutely.
07.8.2.A. The more to this answer literally have so many
variations that to attempt to write those variations would
considerably expand this document. Also, I am still not
attempting to write a book through this process. There is so
much more that I can say but the overwhelming objective of this
document was NOT to write a book.

08Q. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TELL US DONORS OR POTENTIAL DONORS
ABOUT THE POLITICAL ORGANIZATION THAT YOU FOUNDED ON OCTOBER 15,
1992?

08.01.01.A. As a donor to Citizens For A Better America(R)
(CFABA.ORG) you may recall that I used to write and send to those
who have donated to (CFABA.ORG) a publication called "The Good News
Report(TM)". The Good News Report(TM) was basically the Good
News of what our God has allowed me and blessed me to be able to get
done through (CFABA.ORG).
08.01.02.A. Since many of those that have donated to Citizens
For A Better America(R) (CFABA.ORG) are on my Prayer List God showed
me that after years of not writing and sending of The Good News
Report(TM) because of my very limited physical body and mental
resources. It is now necessary to write about how God had
affected my prayer life especially since I began to regularly e-mail
out when I had prayed and then sent out by e-mail that I had done so
which began on March 11, 2013.
08.01.03.A. You may or may not be aware that on April 20, 2019
the day before Easter Sunday our God allowed me to send to you and
to others who are on my Prayer List for the first time an e-mail
which included in that e-mail your e-mail address in the "To" your
actual e-mail address instead of sending your e-mail address as a
Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) which of course you would not see your
actual e-mail address. While this may seem to those who have
not spent so much of their life (as we are) involved in the Internet
(to use a very large aspect of our society now) to be a small or
insignificant event, it is the opposite of that. It is an
absolutely huge set of miraculous events that have brought that
about. In fact I stated the following in that April 20, 2019
prayer e-mail:
08.01.04.A. "With the sending of the emails on April 20, 2019
there are huge changes that apply with this document. The very
basic change is that I am now able to send emails that have your
name as well as your e-mail address within the text of the body of
the email. This is the answer to prayers going all the way
back to the regular sending of these emails beginning on March 11,
2013, YES SIX YEARS."
I said this same thing when I sent out my prayer e-mail which had a
subject line of:
"I have prayed for you from 20180118 to today. Please see the "TO"
and "Dear". Huge changes have been made please see and read inside
this email."
08.01.05.A. Since that date of April 20, 2019 we have been
able to send for those who are my Prayer List to not only put your
name in the body of the email but also in the subject line of the
email. Again another awesome accomplishment that God has
allowed us to do. This accomplishment has had a dramatic
affect on how many people would see and open those emails.
08.02.Q. You may be asking yourself, what is the big deal and
why are you, Robert, telling me all of this?
08.02.01.A. To answer this question I need to give you a
little bit of history (I will be as brief as I can possibly be since
I am not attempting to write a book).
08.02.02.A. - 1992
"When I was a candidate for Congress between December 1988 and June
1992 my wife Gail and I came up with the term Mediterranean Mut
because it perfectly described my family background and genealogy.
On my dad's side there is Indian from the country of India but
further back we have Portugal. There is also Chaldean Assyrian, the
ancient people group in the Bible."[01]

08.02.03.A. - 1996
For the general election (when President Bill Clinton was reelected)
we began sending our Commentaries and News Releases to News Media
Outlets all over the USA through our very limited e-mail
capabilities.

08.02.04.A. - 1997
Was the year that our God blessed us with free long distance phone
service. As some of you might recall that I have spoken about
how I asked our God to give us free long distance phone service.
That prayer was answered by our God having Sprint (yes, the long
distance company) announce in television advertising that they are
giving free long distance phone service a product and service to
businesses that they called "Free Friday's". That service
allowed businesses to use or spend Sprint's money at the rate of
$1000 a month per phone line. The small print was that we had
to use or be charged $50.00 per month for each phone line for
calling that was done on days other than Friday's.
So, in a sound bite (CFABA.ORG) was able to use up to $2000 per
month of Sprint's money for an investment or an expense of $100 per
month. Again in a sound bite during each year that was up to
$24,000. During the four years that service was provided to
every business in America (if it were not it would have been a
violation of Federal election laws) we used up to $96,000 of
Sprint's money.
08.03.Q. You might be thinking to yourself why am I telling
you all this?
08.03.01.A. I am doing so because our God allowed (CFABA.ORG)
to be able to send out a cargo ship boatload of faxes to be able to
influence and affect our USA. By sending incredible and
miraculous number of:
One.
Candidate Questionnaire's.
Two.
News releases about the number of Candidate Questionnaire's that
were sent out and what happened with all of that to Churches, News
Media Organizations (every Newspaper, Radio and Television Station)
that had a listed public fax number we sent those news releases and
commentaries to. We estimated at one point that we had sent
out over 200,000 faxes to those entities during the time that we had
that service. We received calls and had Newspaper articles and Radio
Station on the air interviews.
I am sharing all of this with you because (CFABA.ORG) has an
opportunity to accomplish the same kind of affects in our nation but
I now need your help to do that. (CFABA.ORG) has the opportunity to
not only deliver news releases and commentaries on Fridays but
(CFABA.ORG) has the opportunity to be delivering those commentaries
and news releases 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year
by e-mail one e-mail at a time (just like you have received).
Bottom line, all the time! For up to $100 per month that
opportunity is available to (CFABA.ORG).
My awesome wife Gail and I have loaned (CFABA.ORG) Federal Committee
FEC # C00278333 the majority of the $11,458.24 is owed to us.
Please feel free to click on the link to look at our 56 page filing
report that we attempted to file with the Federal Eelection
Commission through June 30, 2019. The "attempted" is a long
story that I will not tell at this time.[06]
My awesome wife Gail and I have loaned (CFABA.ORG) State Committee
FPPC # 1265022 a great deal of money and $10,749.82 is still owed to
us which might as well be a $1,000,000 (a million dollars) to us
right now.[07]
I have shared these things with you because my awesome wife Gail and
I do not now have the resources to loan money to (CFABA.ORG) any
more funds. That, "up to $100 per month" might as well be for
Gail and I $1000 per month or $10,000 per month at this time.
The reason why I continue to use the phrase "up to $100 per month"
is basically because of numerous factors that are rather technical
and I believe that most individuals reading this e-mail more than
likely would not want to have additional text to read to potentially
understand what those technical aspects all are.
08.04.Q. What is it that you Robert Colaco like me and or us
to do right now?
08.04.01.A. In keeping with my overwhelming passion for prayer
I would like to pray and ask God what He would like you to do.

08.04.02.A. If the Lord lays it on your heart to help us with
an amount over $200 here is how it can be done.
We have federal and state reporting requirements. What that simply
means is that if we receive a contribution to Citizens For A Better
America over certain amounts we must report on public documents not
only that we received the funds but also who we received those funds
from, their address, occupation and employer. If the person writing
the check is self employed or retired we have to list that
information.
For the federal government that amount is $200 or more and for the
CA State government that amount is $100 or more they are both based
on a calendar year. Basically meaning an individual can donate
up to $299.99 for the entire calendar year without us having to
report that for both the Federal and the CA State government.
08.04.03.A. Contributions to our CA State committee has no
limits on who or what can donate to us or the amounts
involved. So basically a check can be made payable to Citizens
For A Better America from any entity anywhere in the USA for any
amount of money. Since what I just said could be grounds for
those that would oppose the kinds of issues that we stand for: "pro
America first, pro traditional family, pro life, pro 2nd amendment,
pro USA sovereignty, pro constitutional"[08] to tell the world that
I am being treasonous for my statements that I have made in this
section (08.04.01.A.). We began our CA State committee in the
year 2004 when we received a contribution from a corporation in the
amount of $2500. After evaluating that corporation as to
whether to accept that contribution. We did accept that
contribution and then began our CA State committee.
08.04.04.A. So, you can make a check payable to Citizens For A
Better America for $199.00 and then another check payable to
Citizens For A Better America for $99.00 for a total of $298.00 and
we will not have to report where exactly we received the funds
from. These are basically called small dollar donations.
However, if the Lord lays it on your heart to help us with an amount
over $298.00 which we would be happy to accept then if you are
married and your spouse would be OK with making a contribution and
then you could repeat this entire process with your spouse signing
checks for $199 and $99.00 for a total of $298.00 and we will not
have to report where exactly we received the funds from. This
can be done legally because contributions are based on who gave the
contribution (the person signing the checks).
08.04.05.A. If however the Lord lays it on your heart to help
us with an amount over $598.00 then we will need to report the exact
source of the funds and only one check is needed.
As I have basically used the same language above I have had
individuals basically communicate how horrible my motives were for
doing what I have communicated directly above. I find it
rather interesting that people that are opposing the President are
now using the very lists that I have spoken about directly above
under our mailing address to intimidate, and completely an attempt
to destroy the personal lives and the businesses of those that have
donated to the President as has been extensively reported
foxnews.com videos or foxbusiness.com videos!
08.04.06.A. If the Lord lays it on your heart an amount less
than the above please feel free to send any amount it would be
appreciated. Our annual membership dues are $60.00 a
year. That amount comes out to about 17¢ a day, $5.00 a
month. Perhaps you would like to help us with our annual
membership dues but you are only able to send something like $15.00
every three months. Please let us know that you are committing
to helping us with $60.00 a year and we well send you a statement
that amount owed and we will include a self addressed envelope back
to us (a security envelope with our address on it).
